So, here are some things about this photo:
It was originally shot in color...
The white balance here was set during shooting, but I made the photo 'blue' and blurried on post processing to aquire the desired effect (the original focus didn'd make the background this blurried)...

This is really good. Something I had never seen before. It is like looking at a miniature buildings. Did you set the white-balance to 'Incandescent' during shooting and did the blurring at post processing? Or no adjustment at all? I'd really appreciate a bit of info on this photo .
